[Tiir isn't really one for showing sadness. Rather, he prefers to express any remorse or grief through anger, and so, when the feed turns on, he's quite clearly not pleased.

You get no guesses as to why.]

Well then. To whoever was behind this, I certainly hope that you're satisfied, treating us as your pawns.

[But that's not what he's here for. A moment passes, as the anger fades from his face, and he appears more tired than anything else.]

... I'd like to ask a favour from anyone capable of casting magic.

[Hell, he'll even accept help from humans right now. It's annoying, not being able to simply devour someone, but he needs to play safe for now.

... Especially since, considering recent events, he has no desire to get himself into trouble again anytime soon—or explain things to Guriko.]

How would that help you though?

[There was just a moment of thought, finger to the lips and looking up before looking back to the screen.]

Well... I've heard of something similar before.

So I wanted to know, if this is something similar.

Unless you've heard of the 'Iino Doue', I doubt it's the same thing.

That didn't answer anything at all.

[Said the little one with a puff of the cheeks]

Then perhaps you should be clearer in your questions.

Okay...

[Thinking really hard on this, it's not so easy to find the right way to phrase this]

Does feeding on magic give you more of an advantage?

Well, I suppose you could put it that way. Yes, then.

You must be a lucky one then... Where I live, long ago, people believed that if you ate the flesh of a tengu you'd become immortal. It didn't work out so well for the people that tried.

Just like when onii-chan started working off the theory to create a drug that does the same thing. Not everyone takes to it, but the ones that do are very lucky~

... I'm afraid I don't quite see how that relates. I don't recall claiming to be immortal, after all.

It does~ once you're like that, you have to keep taking the pills or eating demon flesh. It's feeding as well, just to keep what they've gotten.

I hope you find a witch to help you feed soon.

Is that so? I wouldn't say I'm quite so dependent—but it'd be a waste not to make use of my abilities, wouldn't it?

[identity profile] beniyo.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 07:37 am (UTC)(link)
It would, you should take advantage of your abilities. Especially since they're so special.

[...]

It's good that you see it that way.

[identity profile] beniyo.livejournal.com 2011-11-26 09:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Why wouldn't I? It seems perfectly natural to me.

Ah... humans normally aren't of that opinion.

Not all of them, a great number of them are actually envious of such.
